Now that Stale Mince's sustainability project is back where it began, I wonder if he'll lose interest and look to offload? New stadium is presumably history.

Or seriously pissed off by such a crass decision which could disrupt the great squad cohesion we currently have.
Let him play out his time there and earn a deal with them or somewhere else. Won't be our player after June

Not possible, all Football League half season loans will end after play offs. No options to recall or to use if his side do not reach Play Offs.
