Thirty years on from the Criminal Justice Act that attempted to outlaw my lifestyle and infamously banned "repetitive beats" the Tories have a new Criminal Justice Bill and this time they're targeting the homeless. They only want to to introduce powers to fine (upto £2500), move on or imprison those "intending" to sleep rough or having the "appearance" of having slept rough or having an"excessive smell".

WTF?!
