Seen have responded. Will keep an eye on that inbox now. Will look to see if there's a wy of receiving an email notification when you get a message. I think you can do it on certain posts (i'm assuming that's how central admin is so quick at responding to his posts).

Go to "My account", there's an option "Receive e-mail notifications when someone sends you a private message?"

I see there's also an Ignore list to add users to, may be useful if ILSJ shows up over here.
